This strip was rattling around in my subconscious for weeks before I actually realized I could, you know, DRAW it and get it out of there. For whatever the reason I just love the concept of Pintsize as an Underwear Ninja.
You can be one too! Just find a pair of (clean) undies, arrange them strategically on your head and voila, you are a stealthy Fruit of the Loom (or perhaps Victoria's Secret) assasin. Anyone who sends me a picture of themselves in Underwear Ninja garb gets their pic posted on the front page on Wednesday. Awesome.
The comics for this week are coming along nicely. Monday is (obviously) out of the way, and I have another whole day to draw before I have to leave for Maryland. I have another strip done already, but it is kind of a lame video game joke and I am not sure if I like it. Maybe I will draw two more comics tomorrow (hey, I pulled it off today without losing my mind) and use those instead. If I do not run it I will put it up as a bonus comic in the forum or for voting on Buzzcomix or something, that sounds like a fair idea to me.
Some random observations, before I stop typing this newspost:
Final Fantasy X-2 is quite good, but very goofy. Girly silliness in a FF game was a little bit of a shock to me. Also the minigames all SUCK ASS. But other than that it is very fun.
The new Explosions in the Sky record will kick your ass so hard, and you will like it and ask it to kick you again, only harder.
