Before I get any tearful emails demanding to know why I redesigned Pintsize, I want everyone to ask themselves "if I were a sentient computer the size of a breadbox, would I prefer
having joints, or being about as mobile as a legless dachshund?"
Basically I wanted to give the little guy some more mobility. It's my hope that the new chassis will enable him to do more than just...stand there, which is all the old one was really capable of.
The biggest challenge was to come up with a new design without blatantly ripping off Gir from Invader Zim or Fuzzy from Sam & Fuzzy. I think I did something at least acceptably different. I mean, it's not as if
any other webcomics have anthropomorphized computers in their casts or anything. Heh.
Anyway, hopefully you all enjoy the new look. Pintsize certainly seems to.
I've been pretty absent this week both from the Internet and the indie-music worlds. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to catch up on my web browsing a music listening and have some useful recommendations for you.
