Ah, Catholic guilt. One of the major formative forces of my childhood, and a source of nigh-endless anxiety when I was a wee lad. It's safe to assume that Dora was raised Catholic as well- we've gotta have some counterpoint to Faye's Baptist upbringing and Marten's, uh, cheerful agnosticism, I guess? Religious folk should feel free to superimpose whatever faith they prefer onto my characters. A conservative Protestant reading of QC would be pretty interesting, I'd wager.
